full name, jersey number, photo, and team captain’s contact details.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

The data is processed for the following purposes:

• player registration for the tournament,
• event organization and communication,
• player identification during the tournament,
• publishing tournament results and event photos (if applicable).

4. Legal Basis for Processing

The processing is based on:

• Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – consent of the data subject,
• Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – processing necessary for participation in the tournament,
• Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – legitimate interest of the controller (e.g., event documentation).

• event co-organizers,

• third parties processing data on behalf of the organizer.
